Benefits of the Investor Closed Club

By purchasing an NFT plot, our investors will have the opportunity to undergo a KYC procedure and join a closed club. The members of this club will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the investment proposals of Web3Eco, which are still under development. The expected investment contracts are expected to provide participants with the opportunity to earn an average of 300 to 370%.

In addition, owning an NFT plot, each investor has the right to visit the plantation for a tour from the Web3Eco team, personal consultations with project specialists and receive paulownia seedlings.

The first NFT investors will be given the status of Early Bird, which gives them such privileges as priority access to new products of the Web3Eco ecosystem - an interactive broadcast from the plantation in Uzbekistan, Web3Eco Game, marketplace, networking, project news and club events.

According to our business model, a possible increase in the value of NFT is planned by the time of the planned felling of trees.

It is worth noting that most NFT projects do not have real collateral, use-cases and utility for the investor. Web3Eco solves this problem by linking to real assets - trees on the plantation of project partners in Uzbekistan, and later in Bulgaria, Turkey and other countries.

We plan to provide participants of investment contracts with extended implementation options. The investor will not be "tied" to the asset and can at any time contact the project with a request to exit. In the future, it is also planned to issue a separate token of the investment contract, which should allow the sale of rights under the investment contract through a third-party intermediary platform. It is also assumed that the investor will be able to prematurely request the felling of trees and sell their products for withdrawal of funds. However, the investor is responsible for reimbursement of losses in case of premature felling.

The investor's additional income will be generated annually from the sale of carbon credits (for air purification), as well as the sale of seedlings, leaf biomass (granules for livestock) and other by-products. This will allow the investor to receive alternative income for the entire period of ownership of the initial investment of $49 (6 years). However, the size and amount of payments are not guaranteed, as they depend on the generation of such alternative income by the project.
