Filipp is a serial entrepreneur, investor, co-owner of a large mining farm, and founder of his own media outlet. Over the past 12 years, Filipp and his partners has successfully built several multimillion-dollar projects.
After a successful deal to sell the company of the largest private internet provider "Smile" with an official turnover of more than $30 million to Richard Branson (Virgin Connect group), Filipp and his partners became passionate about the idea of building a large-scale, tangible project that would bring financial benefits to investors and make a significant contribution to the world.

Elena Mashina, Chief Lawyer of Web3Eco
Elena is responsible for the legal side of the project implementation, the relationship between companies, and the listing process for the project tokens.
Elena is the managing partner of A4 Law Firm with extensive experience in the legal aspects of crypto projects. She led and successfully managed the project to register a cryptocurrency company in Australia and obtain a crypto license from AUSTRAC, and prepared compliance documents, including AML/CTF and KYC policies.

The CEO of De Nova Agro is Professor Alisher Turaev, who is also the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Director of the National Center for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture.
He is a biologist-geneticist and Doctor of Biological Sciences. It was thanks to Professor Turaev that paulownia was introduced to Uzbekistan as a cultivated species. He is a public figure who is overseeing Web3Eco and GREEN WORLD FORESTRY on behalf of the Government of Uzbekistan.
